Hi Dean,
While I was listening to your audio about the 9 word e-mail, I started going through my leads notebook, and started sending out e-mails one by one. Before your audio was done, I got a response! "Yes, I've expanded my search and I'm still looking."
You wanted to know what I would say next. OMG!!!!!!! I don't even know!!!!! Help! All of my first ideas seem lame. Like, "How can I help?" That sounds like the cookie story - too broad.
How about "Would you like to go out house hunting this weekend?"
Short, specific, to the point.
I don't know. What do you think?

Oh my goodness! Out of the 20 e-mails I sent, I have already heard back from 9 people! Only one "no" in that group - and she said thank you anyway! Several people looking to the future, so, now I know who to keep in touch with. One hot prospect for right now, and a couple of other maybes for right now. Where do I go from here?
