Have you ever had a postcard campaign offering your clients/sphere/farm help with real estate comps to protest their real estate tax assessment?
If so, how did it work? Would you be willing to share your postcard?

What a great idea, we are having problems with the tax base (very high compared to real values) I like your idea and I am going to try and design (with my daughters help) a post card that should generate a bit of interest.
