Hi All,

I'm working with a lender who can help me field my "NEW HOME LOAN" requests from my website and I have a couple of questions I couldn't find answered anywhere else.

1. Do you guys just forward on the emails from folks requsesting this info to the lender and have them do the follow-up? I would be somewhat uncomfortable having a convo on loans as it's not my area of expertise.

2. Do you guys have anything you are sending out re: this? Loan tip sheet? Just curious. If so can you forward to me at susanlawver@gmail.com?

3.
The website talks about No Downpayment programs that are no longer available. How do you guys deal with this? I know Dean says don't mess with a working system, but it does seem a bit shady. Do you guys ever get folks upset that there isn't a no downpayment loan? Thoughts?

Hi Susan,
There still are zero down loans out there (and double check with your lender partner).
There is still the VA loan, and there are Rural Housing loans (formerly FmHA), both zero down. Granted, prospects and sme properties will not qualify, but that's true with any loan program.

Another option would be to edit your replies from zero down to "Now get $8,000 back from the gub'mint!"

Just some thoughts.
Bill
