Can anyone fill me in on what Jim Irvin's 30, 60, 90 day pricing is?

Chuck Charlton referred to it in his interview with Dean Jackson.

Hi Vickie,

Jim's pricing model is essentially about giving sellers a choice of where they would like to price their home.

If they need to sell quickly and don't want to wait around...they may want to price the home for a faster sale.
