Hi Everyone,

Have any of you heard of http://www.Leapfish.com ?  Any thoughts or comments?

Here's what they say:

"Search the best of the web in a single search"

The internet has grown more and more complex and more than often a search for something leads us to not only search the major engines of the web, but also the other major online destinations that hold our video information, image information, shopping information, news and much more.

We believe some search goals require a more multi-dimensional approach to finding deep information that we usually end up hunting for or just never think of looking for in the first place. LeapFish searches everywhere and conveniently surprises you with relevant information that touches upon all angles of a great search in this day and age.

We've created the first multi-dimensional information aggregator and search portal in the world. Our goal is to gather, organize and render the most relevant information from the internet's most valuable destinations for each users search, in one single simple shot. Catch a useful video when you weren't looking for one, see the latest news and blogs on a topic you're searching for, or find a variety of deals on a gadget you need and more when you use LeapFish.

I had Leap (f) ish contact me. WOW I am not sure I can afford to spend 2,200.00 for one keyword phrase. Even if it is for life. There Alexa ranks is through the roof but that doesn't mean we will get a return on our money. Dean and Sonnys pay per click works wonders. I live in Omaha NE and my cost per click is .37cents.. I wonder if Leap xxx will give us our money back if they go out of business?

There are much better ways of spending that much money.  Article submissions come to mind and true SEO really comes from content these days.  It cannot be ginned up.  Google is way, way too smart and I have never seen one of these really work unless you are willing to spend a lot more than $2,200 anyway. Think about how much it is worth. We still do it but we charge $50,000 to $100,00 for a front page listing on Google for a decent keyword. Why? Because it is worth that much and it is a lot of work.

But, that being said, you can do a lot of this on your own for a lot, lot less.  Say in the neighborhood of $400-$500 and you can almost own your local listing type but you have to be specific like Dean says.  I just write or have 5-10 articles written for me.  I pay $25 per article and then pay the $400-$500 to have them submitted to the right places.  It works and it has long term benefits.  You will start seeing some good results within 30 days.  You can save some money by writing the articles yourself if that is your cup of tea.

I won't post who I use as I don't to inundate them nor have them get so busy that they can't do my stuff but if you are interested, drop me an e and will send you my contact.

Anyway, I would not spend that much money on something like Leapfish for what it is worth..... Hope this helps some.

Cheers,
Andrew Anderson
