Reply with quote | #1 | Hi all,
As a fairly new agent I'm already beginning to see the absolute truth where Dean talks about having SYSTEMS in place. I must admit I've already started a really awful "post-it note" lead tracking system.
You know, when you right down someone's info on a post-it note: Ray, $100k, south Avondale area and his phone number. Maybe I wrote it down on the fly so I don't have more info to put with it right now, or someone who's email address I took down while out for dinner with a promise to get back to them.
These post-it notes stare up at me and it's starting to creep me out. (lol)
Wondering if you all can recommend a really nice lead tracking software? Or maybe that's not even the right term for what I need. I just know that in a few months, (weeks?) after a few open houses, etc, I'm going to have dozens of folks I've promised to "stay in touch" with and if I don't get a system for handling these leads, even as soft as some of them are now, are going to slip out of reach.
Help! Thanks, Susan in Sunny, AZ |

Reply with quote | #4 | Hey Susan,
I use AllClients.com it's $16.95/month. It's designed for realtors and lenders, and is a web-based solution -- which allows you to post notes, as well as schedule appointments, mailmerge, set up follow-up programs, connect with your email AND there are 10 fields that you can customize.
By Referral Only used this as the chassis for their MyClients software. (which, by the way, comes with coaching membership) They've really customized it to match with some of what Dean & Joe teach, however, I'm really happy with the slimmed-down version.

Reply with quote | #5 | I have been a Busy Agent Pro user for about three years now. It is a total package solution with lead and client management, unlimited websites SEO etc. The cool thing is sometime last year Brian Rodgers started offering the lead and client management part of it for free.
The majority of my leads come from either my online strategies which automatically are entered into the BAP system via opt-in and offers all over the net, and my Ugly Yellow Sign strategies. The leads that come from my Ugly Yellow Sign strategies I have to manually enter but once I do it has the ability to send post cards, letters, or a card from send out cards.
