I have to admit I have struggled a little bit with this program. Imagine getting leads and not knowing what to do with them.???? After the fourth/fifth mailing my listing prospects received their lottery ticket. I called about 20 people so far and some have asked for packages on line. Some love hard copying of listings. Some have asked me to stay in touch for listing in the future. Some have committed to me. But they all have one thing in common. They want me to stay in touch with them because I offered to help them. Man oh man I have to have the slowest learning curve in this business . I have one confirmed referral so far but I only see sunny skies when it comes to http://www.condosatwalkersline.com . It did seem to help waiting after a few mailings because when I called the recognition was there. This is a program you can make your own. Thanks for any feedback I received regarding leads and what to do about them.
