I havent got any constructive feedback on facebook on the active rain site. other than dont do it? Has anyone notice a increase in business. Yes I do recognize awareness but my IT guy pointed out many negatives . He feels if your blog website is set up properly facebook is the last thing you need?

Any thoughts?

Has anyone figured out a logical application for twitter when it comes to real estate?

Hey Carl,

Facebook has been great for me.  I have 2 clients from facebook and it's great for friends to refer you to their friends.  The introduction is already done in a way since they can see your profile even before they call you .  Remember it's like Dean says...if they can see value in what you provide (they will look at your status updates) and your a frined of a friend then they will call (but only when they are ready).
