so far, i've already ran into a couple of links that don't work: week 75 (hot to set up a perpetual buyer attraction system) & 69 (the fastest way to right now business).
why does it seem like this site is inactive?
i just paid for the gettinglistings system. can i get some insight from past people who paid for the system?

Welcome, I'm sure the lack of activity on the message board is just due to summer travel for Dean and many of the rest of us. It's a great program and works consistently. If you have any questions post them here and you'll get a response, not as quickly in July as you may the rest of the year

The system works if...you WORK the system.
I've used it for a couple of years now and it has produced great results; when I work it like I'm supposed to!
Over the last 2 years I've had 15 or 16 closings from it. You'll have people actually call you to come and list their home. It's pretty amazing. I double sided the very first listing I got from it for $318k.
