Hi Dean and Sony, you were talking about doing a "Tour of Bank Owned Homes", assuming these would include other distressed homes for the tour. Can you send either Kim or myself more information on how to set this up, and would it work with the higher priced homes as we are not interested in the homes being sold for less than $50k. Appreciate any feedback or direction on how I could help as a lender, perhaps having all of the tour participants being pre approved by me as a start, or reviewing any pre approval they currently have to insure validity and being current.
